Should you require copies of reports or documentation from your therapist or from OT World these will be delivered to the email or via postal address you have supplied. You are responsible for secure handling and storage of documentation once delivered.

Communication between therapist and a third party will only be completed upon written request by the client’s guardian.

MANDATORY REPORTING: All staff emoloyed by OT World Pty Ltd are mandatory reporters. This means if we suspect on reasonable grounds that a child is at risk of significant harm we are required by law to file a report. Therapists provide services through teleconferencing services conducted over the internet. Products are available through download or by delivery. Online Therapy, telehealth services do not replace the supervision given by a physically present, competent adult. Children are to be supervised by a competent adult caregiver throughout the duration of all online therapy sessions. In the event you are unable to make a payment for a service this service will not be rendered. In instances of failure to pay membership fees for course participation or  online group pariticpation failure to pay the fee will result in removal from the course or online group.

Any instance of abusive or coersive behaviour in course groups will result in immediate removal from group regardless of what platfrom the group is hosted on without refund. Any instance of advertising of own program wihtout express permission from OT World will result in the post being deleted and one warning issued after which the person will be removed from the group without refund.

Misuse of course materials or content created by OT World, its staff and contributors will result in the removal of this person from the course or online group without refund.

Each product and service request is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Purchase of online therapy services will deliver intake forms and clients will be contacted on the next business day to assist with form completion and allocation of suitable therapist.

OT World Pty Ltd uses Australia post parcel delivery service for physical products worldwide with ordered items posted within 2 business days following purchase. Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post, express delivery or courier services are available on request at additional charge email

OT World Pty Ltd or its agent will ship the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods or services are not available you will be notified of this by OT World Pty Ltd as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by OT World Pty Ltd to be authorised to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you whether physically or electronically, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Great care is taken to ensure your products are delivered correctly and in excellent condition. In the case of an incorrect item being shipped, please contact us before you return the item. If you wish to cancel or change your order you will need to e-mail OT World Pty Ltd immediately.

Physical materials including books, audio, visual and therapy tools, programs and equipment received by post or courier can be returned by emailing to obtain the delivery address within 14 days of purchase. A refund of the product cost on return of the unopened in original condition. Opened items are only returnable if faulty. In this case a refund will be issued within 30 days of return of the faulty items. Australia Post or courier fees are not refundable.

If you experience irresolvable technical issues and are unable to access the purchased material email A refund will be issued if we are unable to provide access to the purchased material.

Cancellation of recurrent billing plans for online, telehealth services are available with 14 days written notice to Cancellation will be completed on receipt of your written request. Any completed online therapy, telehealth services will not be refunded. If you have prepaid for therapy sessions and wish to cancel, if we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction we will refund the sum of the unused session following the deduction of a $25.00 administration fee.

Therapy Services

Clients receiving direct therapy and telehealth services are required to complete an intake form including a service agreement outlining OT World Pty Ltd responsibilities and requirements and your responsibilities and requirements. This is required to fufil buisiness agreement requirements with the NDIS and Medicare programs.’

We reserve the right to refer clients to an alternative service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients and to halt a therapy session should provision of the session place the child, parents, carers or therapist at risk of harm.

We reserve the right to cancel therapy sessions should we determine that doing so would place our therapy staff at risk. This includes travelling through adverse weather conditions not limited to storms, flooding and bushfires.

It is a requirement that no drugs, cigarettes or alchol are consumed during therapy sessions.  Should a therapist determine that clients, parents or carers are under the influence of drugs and alcohol during a therapy session the session will be immediately cancelled without refund.

A parent / carer must remain on site during the provision of all paediatric therapy services for both on site and telehealth services.
